The agreement

By creating a workspace you agree to these terms. If you are using NTNL on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorized to bind it.

What we provide

Hosted smart links, event tracking to your own advertising accounts, and tooling that creates advertising objects in accounts you connect. Everything the tooling creates is created paused; activating it — and therefore all spend — is your action and your responsibility.

What we do not provide

We do not guarantee streams, followers, listeners, ad performance or any commercial outcome. Advertising platforms change their rules and their delivery behaviour without notice; we adapt as fast as we can, but we cannot warrant their behaviour.

Your responsibilities

• You own or are licensed to promote the content you link to.
• You comply with the terms of every platform you connect, including Meta's advertising policies.
• You do not use the service for artificial engagement, malware, deceptive claims, or content that infringes someone else's rights.
• You keep your account credentials secure.

Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance through Stripe and renew until cancelled. Cancelling stops the next renewal; we do not pro-rate part months. Exceeding a plan's included visits does not disable your live links — we contact you about upgrading.

Suspension

We may suspend a workspace that breaches these terms or endangers the platform, and will tell you why. Where we can, we will contact you before acting.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for advertising spend, lost revenue or lost data.

Changes
