Deleting a workspace

Sign in, open Settings → Danger zone and delete the workspace. That immediately removes its links, events, captured emails, stored tokens and uploaded media. Backups age out within 30 days.

Deleting your account

Deleting your last workspace and then your account removes your email, name and password hash. Write to hello@ntnl.nu from the address on the account and we will confirm within 30 days.

If you visited someone's link

You can clear what we hold about you without contacting anyone: clearing your browser's cookies and site data for that link's domain removes the visitor id, the fingerprint cache and any stored email. To have the server-side event rows removed as well, email hello@ntnl.nu with the link address and the approximate date you opened it, and we will locate and delete the associated rows.

Disconnecting Meta

Removing NTNL from your Meta account (Settings → Business integrations) revokes our access immediately. You can also disconnect from Settings inside the dashboard, which deletes the stored token. Advertising objects already created stay in your ad account and remain under your control.
